If you work for a D-head AM you have to report to the office but of course you never see DG in the office

I see that WFH has been extended thru Sept 2022 for Mobility purple, black and orange contracts.

Managers are expendable....I mean they are reducing head count.
I don’t think this means 5 days a week remote. It probably means 2-3 days remote and remainder in office. This is a precursor to the vaccination requirement that is coming.
The management in my building is hybrid once a week in office
Who's going into the office? They're all still empty afaik.
Uh hello…management has been back in office since July…
So big deal WFH does not change the fact that this virus ki--s and could leave your children without a father. Just keep taking those chances until you can't I guess.
Union employees that can WFH until 9/22.. do you have to be vaxxed by 10/11/21? And/or have to upload proof by 10/11/21?
I am in management and have worked from home for the past ten years. You have to choose your position wisely.
Well:
Someone asked some days back what else AT&T could possibly do to encourage employees to leave the company voluntarily.
If they force management back into the office, that's a mighty big incentive to force folks to retire. ( As if the loss of medical coverage post retirement if you don't leave by end of this year isn't enough :| )
NO DOUBT ABOUT IT, this should apply to every employee within ATT! There's no way to justify otherwise plain and simple!
@wvz+1crEpFzo I SAW a post yesterday on another topic that district 3 also has the same agreement. I would check Monday if I were you to see if there is more.
It should be all employees.
It should include all districts
@ndn+1crEpFzo.. I've been "showing up" for over 30 years, so your post makes no sense. Just like ATT saying they are protecting their employees when it's only some.
I was thinking the same thing. Do we think they will extend it to management as well?
No one made you go in to entry level manager.
This is all on you and your decisions.
Techs have been showing up forever.
Quit.
Something official.

Yesterday, CWA District 4 was able to reach an agreement with AT&T Labor to continue the AT&T U.S. Flexible Workplace Program through September of 2022.
Says District 4, but that doesn't mean that this won't spread to other districts.
Sucks to be you
When I saw this I thought it meant Sept 22nd at first. That’s actually pretty surprising if they really extended the WFH for another year.
