I don’t know about you, but I can barely rest so I can get on with my work the next day. Either my motivation has generally dropped or it has become increasingly difficult to work here. I'm more tired than ever. A job done by a person at Mondelez is not a job for one person.

I quit the job this past April. Ive been working for the state. I make $400 less a month but damn I feel good. Real good! I have great benefits and I work with some really cool people. I wish I would have done it long ago.
I was a rep in Edmond Oklahoma, and I know my ex team lurks on this site so they know who I am.
Get out, go enjoy the rest of your life.
I dont set alarms anymore. Just get up whenever I feel like it.
I dont think there is ever going to be enough follow through to shut down the sales force in all candor, because very few can make it without the income! My thoughts are that if the media were involved and some more attention was paid to the overall cr---y way the company treats its people, maybe something would change! If not , realistically we all know we're headed to the door! Not a question of if but of when
Any thoughts? What do we have to lose other than a job we hate?

Man man man I remember those horrible days. Getting home at 8 or 9pm just to fix someone else mess or SALES BS REPS DOING BLIND ORDER JUST ORDERING EXTRA BS COOKIES AND CRACKERS!!!! I remember doing 3 effin deliveries on new years eve about 200 cases for each store!! Sales rep f me over lol. Glad I left that place man. Whewwww. I sleep way better now. I know that feeling. I wish ya long-term success and health. That place will drain you to your grave. If u can find another job. Do it. Don't let them stress you.
I’m constantly throwing 3-6 deliveries a day because of no help and pushed deliveries.. I feel like i never sleep
