How to Compare WF and BOA with same salary? My skill matches better with BOA position.

I was at BofA as a manager for one of the audit departments, then Wells hired me as a Sr position that paid more.
I like working for Wells much better, but it really all depends on the department.
Take half and double it.
Works everytime. 100% of the time.

As a white male, I typically command a higher salary for the same effort of work.
