How many of your great colleagues are gone? Since all the colleagues I loved working with here left the company, for me working at CVE now and a little over a year ago, while they were still here, is completely different. It’s a change I can’t adapt to in any way, because great people have gone who made the workplace better, who were great to work with and from whom a lot could be learned.

But keep in mind your CLT and other executives just got their $30M in bonuses so it’s all been worth it. I mean Drew and Al needed that extra $600K or so. More so than your friends needed a job I am sure. Just make sure you remember their culture and values and according to them they’re on the right track.
Yeah many good people are now gone. I wish them all the best and hope they all find work. They did not deserve their fate.
