Considering that this board is supposed to be about layoffs, they are very lenient with what is allowed.
Sometimes I save a copy of the comments before I refresh the screen, just so that I can see what disappeared. The posts that get deleted usually are: racist or sexist (overt or implied), politics, gossip about individuals, COVID or vaccine misinformation, off-topic not related to AT&T. Most everything else stays.
Agree, don't say anything about replacing Lilly, it will be deleted immediately. The moderator has a thing for Lilly!
The site is moderated. Admins delete everything that's off topic and/or against the site's rules. It has been like that for years, I'm not sure how you're just discovering that. Follow the rules and your posts will stay up. It's really not that hard.
And it seems to me that some persons are deleting their cookies and voting multiple times.
