The company is being ran like the federal government now and we have managers at T who are no benefit to society ............ and the people around them .

Because T's culture was to hire ex military in to management.
It was indeed run like the government back in the 70' and 80's
They are too big to change, too slow to innovate, and treat employees like urinal blocks.
Just smile, wave and cash the checks.
No, T is not run like the Federal, State or local Goobernments.
- T does not hold a g-n to their customer's heads like the Goobernment does to tax payers to collect taxes
- T is taking away salary, benefits, and retirement, while the Feds have pension COLA increases. No problem since the Feds just print $, or have the Fed Reserve buy all the T-Bills while Kongress spends, spends, spends.
- The Fed do not send the majority of the work overseas like T does.
