It will take 12-18 months to study a layoff in an agile way. Maybe start August or September. CEMREC will lead the way like they did before and got JG’s praises. Now that he is gone they can de-merge. The rest of the Tech Center synergies won’t be far behind.
Pfft, no October layoffs.
Hearing October.
What was the question to JG and his response? Is the video out there? Did the guy who ask the question get fired? I’m not in that group so out of the loop.

Anyone who asks a hard question during a townhall will be laid off especially if it forces a VP to send out an apology email and quit.
Going to be layoffs in whiny departments like HR, HSE and IT.
Not likely. The angry HR leakers would have already given us a heads up just to make life difficult for RM.
No August layoffs. If it was going to happen, we would have known about it last May. All the Transformation changes are being evaluated. All things equal, the failures will become apparent late 2022 and mini-layoffs after.
Not going to happen this year or possibly next year. In fact we may hire for new energies and carbon capture projects.
no layoffs. just repurpose pple to the new energies division.
its only when new energies division fail then will the chopping board comes out
What really. Chevron will not have another her massive layoff until a project shuts down or we sell and asset. Then they will probable just release those people and not put the entire company in a tail spin again. FYI is your on a dying project or asset get off of it ASAP and onto the new blood
Just JG. No other layoffs in August.
