Mondelez is changing

How would you rate the changes that have been happening at Mondelez over the past few years?
I don't like it at all.

its business....the goal is to make money. i disagree with this model and i believe that within the next couple years the sales force will consist of part time stock clerks to help work orders and a few reps to make appearances in stores to be the "face of mondelez'
this is pretty similar to what happened to keebler, and no matter who denies it or what Dirk says i believe its coming. i believe the thinning of the work force is a start in that direction, whether its because we leave or we are "forced out " by conditions. its very likely that when your dm tells you dsd is her to stay, he or she really believes it! if the upper management made everyone aware of their long range plans, do you think everyone would happily stay to the end? in some parts of the country mondelez is contracting out working orders to a third party company like sas or jyve, because its cheaper in the long run. wishing it would go back to the old way wont make it so folks, but its business and its all about making money. just not us making the money!

It is a marketing issue, pure and simple.
Marketing to children is the way for the future and the company needs to grab that now or continue to lose market share.
Snacks and drinks that will knock the kids' socks off.
Louder music, bigger smiles, crazy colors.
Has got to be done.
