RTO is a real-life form of Back to School

RTO reminds me of the dreaded back to school routine of years ago. The difference other than this being real life work to pay bills is that we know we can actually do the job from home. The additional thought of seeing those I haven't seen in months/years or a newer and fresher wardrobe isn't exactly going to cut it for me.

I am staying in contact with my colleagues more now vs when we were in the office. I don’t feel that I’ve missed anyone. Really don’t miss a single person and don’t have a need to see anyone in person.

Can't stand seeing certain people at the office. Hope I never have to endure their bullying and gossiping ever again!

I prefer my home being an escape from work. I welcome RTO and can’t wait to head back.

Chuckie don't care about that. Chuckie wants us all to quit.
This was a calculated decision to increase employee dissatisfaction and attrition.
