Spent 17 years in IT. Left at the beginning of 2021. Wf was a great place to work at many years ago, last few years things have changed to much, I couldn’t deal with it anymore…

15 years - Access Management. It's a good tool to gauge morale and good to know I'm not the only one who feels like the majority who post here.

Everyone acting like it’s horrible to answer the question is being a little over careful. If Wells obtains access to thelayoff’s server data to identify the IP address that I am writing from then cross reference that information to find the address I’m writing from then find out my name based on my address and fires me for that I would consider that I had successfully wasted their resources and time. You are not nearly as important as you think you are.

20 year - I come here to validate how much has changed in those years. We have gone from a caring, dedicated and positive workforce to an entitled, negative, you owe me type workforce. The last 5 years or so we have hired so many poorly skilled and under qualified people just to check some boxes and we are paying the price. Wells has treated me great and I look back with nothing but positivity on my career. And now it is time to walk away from this mess.

Been with Wells about 2 years. Work as the current CEO. I get off reading what people say about me. I also like getting pointers on where to look for my next job opportunity.

Your phones and the internet have trained you to answer questions without asking who and why.

It's not super common, but people have posted "insider information" on this site.

There are like 50-100 WF people on this site out of 250K. I like coming here for entertainment but that’s about it. No one on here has any insider knowledge and it’s all speculation and b&$ching about anything under the sun. Useless and not indicative of the majority of WF employees. All of the good employees have never heard of this blog and if they did they wouldn’t waste their time.
