I don't need CTR
the offer on the table give me more increment per annum than $300k RSU for CTR

Same here, 9 and got over 200k in OR. After taxes, pays off my mortgage for a whole year, nothing to sneeze at.

Congrats! Now you cost $200k more for the next four years, that makes it easier to decide who should go in the next round of lay offs. $200k CTR alone will be enough to hire the replacement in the low cost geo.

LOL
INTC has been in the $30-50 range for decades, do you expect it will rocket to $300?

Which tech areas are considered “critical” to retain talents?

Is it only me who smelled complete bs when Pat tried to answer the question about ctr details while not answering it at all?

More like 100K and you inflated it on here to brag. So about 30K after taxes and stock price + ratioed

I am so happy to get CTR that I came directly to layoff.com/intel.
Pathetic.

I got 150k 2 years back. But then I left Intel and now my RSU is 1 million making my TC go above 500k.

There is a beautiful word outside Intel. Just need to wake up and open the windows.

Nice! But think about what you’d make elsewhere and all that c-ap you’ll have to eat to vest. Instead of “golden” handcuffs you got zip-ties. To each his own but bragging on this site seems very HRish.

4 or 5 year vesting?
At 4 year, that's $50K per year.
Take away taxes, and it's not even a new car per year.

Now, compare it to the regular grant that managers get.
