My manager is great, their manager is good too. Above them they’re out of touch, mandating more and more meetings, huddles and one on ones to the point where it impedes work
My manager is wonderful, so is his manager. Above that i don’t really converse with them but they seem capable.

After several attempts, it's clear the survey doesn't want my response.
Yup I noticed that the vast middle management later is not accounted for in this survey. My manager is fine , it’s the two to three levels above my manager that wreak havoc and make misery inducing decisions
My manager is very good. It is the Directors and Senior Directors and leaders above that is the huge problem at WF.
