Global Employee Survey is Open

Is anyone planning to answer it honestly with negative scores?

There is no way they will share the actual final results. Regardless......I can't believe that the team members would provide glowing responses, lord knows I didn't, and I told the truth.

I will tell you that I stopped short on several by not answering and providing a "?" .....why, because if you read the fine print, who you are is not shared unless, you answer in such a way as it appears that rules, policy, ethics, etc. have been violated or a crime committed. Several of the questions were phrased in such a way I felt that if answered you would be calling out a violation and BINGO.....your information is shared.

I trust no one at the bank......our exec team is trash.

How will they know which manager you are talking about when most departments have gamed the Spans and Layers system with a "dotted line" manager and a "system" manager. Dotted line gives your review but System uploads it into the system. And OC members know this is going on - every manager who worked in this format should be let go for subverting rules....talk about ethics....

If they report like they did the Gallup 12 questions, managers will guess who on their team tanked them and retaliate. I know of many instances across groups, and HR does nothing about it. So lie or risk retaliation in the form of a bad review, decreased duties, etc. it’s all rainbows and unicorns for me. Shart and company give me a big O just thinking about how wonderful WF is. that’s going to be my comment. ;)

I'm wondering if those that didn't get the survey email are the next to be paid I mean laid off.

Gee, I wonder why so many in technology are being laid off. Can't get a simple link to a survey to work. Oh, now I understand. Hmmm, maybe it is not all leadership in technology that is the problem. Maybe it is a matter of the workers not being skilled. Come on, a survey link.

I was 100% honest. Most of my answers were "Disagree". And I left a professional, non-whiny response in the comments section about the toxic tone from the top, anxiety employees feel due to lack of transparency and more. I know they will know it's from me and they track all the responses. I don't care. If we can't be honest on that survey then no point in taking it.

I plan to answer honestly. I think others will too, and I expect we will never hear any feedback about the survey - consistent with how the last few company-wide survey results have been handled.

Clearly we all need to stop Exploring and start Edging.

for a company still using IE it's no wonder it doesn't work. as of a few minutes ago it appears to be working as I was finally able to take it

It's likely happenstance, but the survey link worked after I rebooted. Edge, by the way.

For me it didn’t work using Chrome but it did via Edge
In the announcement they do say it may not work on all browsers , which is ridiculous that they can’t even send out an internal survey that can work for employees without a workaround
As another post says, that is WF in a nutshell

I copied and pasted the link at the bottom of the email into Chrome and it worked. I was BRUTALLY honest in both the multiple choice questions and comments at the end. If the majority of responses were similar to mine, I doubt they will be widely sharing the results with the rank and file.

The survey works on Chrome browser and doesn’t on Edge.

In my group - 90% of the people couldn't get into the survey due to SSO issue and 10% did NOT receive the survey... smh

add to @wpy+1caDphTH's point - they DO know exactly who answered what - given we all have to sign on via SSO.....

I was honest.

Fully aware that they know who it is if they really want to. My comments were pretty to the point too.

Didn't get it. So much for "global employee". But, is probably being sent in batches. Everyone SHOULD be honest on it whether you love or hate it at WF.

yep, was coming to post the same thing. hard to take a survey when you can't access the link they sent. par for the course these Days.

The survey just went out, and we already can't get in because of an SSO error. Turns out the survey is just as jacked up as the organization.
