Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Xerox shafting the Service Reps again

5 years ago Xerox Corporate told an entire midwest state service team that their jobs were being outsourced to a 3rd party service company, and we're given a piece of paper signing on with the new company. If they didn't they were told to flip the paper over where it had a pre-filled out resignation letter for them to sign.

Last month Xerox decided to pull back that service territory, but NOT the service reps. July 30th was our last day. Cannot believe the crass...

Good news for who?
Wasn't great news to the knowledgeable reps who stuck around. They aren't being rebadged back to X.

Customers will be getting inexperienced reps, probably longer waits, more visits to resolve the same issue,etc. And then have to deal with offshore teams to try to resolve complaints.
