I recently tried to call in sick by using the 1-800-775-5944 number but it no longer gives you the option. Can someone please tell me how we are now supposed to call off? Where do we go on line?

I am in quarantine and have to call assoc hotline everyday (including my days off). Sometimes I have to call three or four times before that number works then it goes through. It is important to document each confirmation number....
I just dialed it and it worked fine. I can tell they’ve changed the recording though, it took a long time to get to the part about reporting absences and late arrivals.
