First of all, I am very frustrated that every club relays different information about raise.
Besides, it looks like I'm not getting anything again. For me, a raise is just a demotivation because after more than 15 years here, I will become equal with a recently hired guy who will most likely leave here before me and no raise will keep him here.
If Sam's wanted to keep some employees this way, I think the opposite will happen, many will leave precisely because of such a bad policy with raises?

I left after 15 years this year . It's way better jobs out there and more money . I was kinda on edge about leaving but I was unhappy with all the changes over the years . You have to do it or keep coming on here complaining
The bottom line is that they hope you quit and can replace you with a newb so that they don't have to offer any benefits at all. Especially healthcare. They would rather have everyone on government assistance. AKA barrycare
I totally agree with you it’s unfair for the employees that put up with the cr-p every year to be making the same as someone that got hired last week.
You have stayed this long with no raise, management doesn't think you will leave, and they're probably right.
Polish up your resume. Management is giving you a strong hint.
