Before I came here I worked in two retail companies and after my experience at Sam's, I would most rather leave the whole industry. I’m thinking what it would be like if I could find a job in manufacturing. I’m sure the manufacturing also has a lot of its flaws, but I still think it’s worth the effort looking for an opportunity there rather than staying in retail for long. What do you think?

I have worked both. Manufacturing does have it's flaws. But is way better than retail.
