Backroom will be dropped down and will be making entry level pay at 15/hr. So if your in the backroom and making less than 18, I suggest you get out and become a merchandiser quick. Higher pay and much less work

After you’re above the max the 2% you would’ve gotten is just cashed out.
No, you just won’t see anymore increases. But that is almost 2 years from now. So you know they’ll probably change it again by then.
The team lead and manager decide how hard people work , the problem is the amount of tasks that are required but there is double standards so not everyone is treated the same or gets paid the same. Position changes should be done in computer right away unless they have not approved a change.
I agree the pay schedules are confusing and a lot of information is hidden from people by home office and managers.
So you’re saying that after 2023 if you’re above $22 they will decrease your pay back down to that?
Back room cap was $24 and change. Now being capped at $22. But, if you are already above cap you will be grandfathered in at old cap until 2023. There is a toolkit that all the Club Managers got. It is all laid out in there. And, a large majority of Clubs will increase associates depending on years of service. But not all clubs and not all states. I would think that any compensation changes will show up in your workday inbox as a lot of states you have to sign an acknowledgment, A lot of confusing info. But it’s all in the toolkit your Club Managers gets.
What is the old max? We were not told anything about grandfathered?
Been working backroom for 2 1/2 years and still no raise. I’m still scheduled as merchandise.
But forklift drivers are going to get an increase and Backroom Associates are forklift drivers so they may see an increase that way. If you are above the new max of $22 you stay grandfathered in at the old max until 2023. And by then my guess is it will change again.

Over the top out of $22. I get to stay where I’m at. They said I will get 2 more raises grandfathered in but after 2023 no more raises.
