New Lead minimum is 19 an hour. Second highest paid employees and arguably the ones with the most responsibilities.

I am in full fullment we didn't go up to 19. We only went up to 16 which most of us made over 15 anyways so we won't get the whole dollar.

Wait. So if I’m over $19 I don’t get anything!? And they are giving fresh leads another $1 on top of the massive raise they got a couple years ago?
Should have been an across the board $1 raise for all leads.
Tire department team leads need more pay
Front end does everything. Registers, SCO, entrance door, exit door, vestibule, lot Membership Desk, gas station, bakery, Cafe, clothing, zoning, sweeping and garbage at front end and entrance, claims. Go backs. And otherarious areas. Let me see, did I miss anything?
I vote that all raises go according to the work that is done by the person and position not a straight 2% raise to all regardless to how hard they work or how hard they text at registers, membership desk or front end.
Equality means being fair to all the lazy workers.
all merchandisers need to get a pay raise. we are expected to do it all, including covering gas when needed.
Maybe we all need to just go to Amazon then. Your Amt of pay should be based on what you know. I've been there 20 years and I'm sorry a teamlead coming ln with a year experience should not make as much as me. Period. The new sam's club way
Ours got bumped up to $21/hr. It might be more because of our market not sure. Like you said we have the most responsibility. I'm a merch TL and I earn every penny. I know some others don't, I've see it daily. I'll be calling it out more now trust me lol.
