WFH has been great because I have a nice distance between the office that reminds me how terrible out exec leadership actually vs where I am in bliss, I do my work and live my life, I work pretty hard and def earn my paycheck and then some, but wfh lets me preserve my sanity. Exec tell you what, you let us wfh permanently and we can leave you simmering in your incompetence. Win win.
