So are all club cashiers getting write ups for not meeting their plus, credit, and scan n go numbers?

The Marketing Manager wants that 10,000 bonus you're not getting a piece of. That's what it boils down to.
write ups are done according to who you know or who is over you. How much a-s kissing are you or manager over you wants to do will determine if you get in trouble or not
Unfortunately that is part of the "job duties" for cashiers. Now when they eliminate cashiers because cashless will eventually take over. How will they do it to meet those metrics. That might be when the Membership Representative will come into play.
No worries. You will still get that big 2% like everyone else 🤣.

Costco cashiers are now expected to get upgrades.
ask 100 people to get credit or upgrade... 100 people say no.. its your fault...BS a job requirement here is you must jump over the moon... what? you tried? cant do it ? what? you think we are unreasonable? well we are sorry. jumping over the moon is a requirement here. if you cant do it guess what... you are fired...
They do this periodically to weed out the unflushables. Then it's business as usual. Or you have a greedy manager who wants that 10 thousand dollar bonus for credits and plusses like we had. She got fired eventually.
What a bunch of BS. Go to Costco...their cashiers are there to cashier and never bug you! It's a refreshing experience!
Our club is ensuring all have training and having revisiting convos/feedback. Then coachings will commence if cashier's are not getting 1 plus and 1 credit minimum each shift. In 6-8 hours there is no way you cant get something. It is a job requirement. If you continuously get zero, and never ask for assistance or further training to show you are trying to get better, then yes, coachings for job performance are likely to come.
