Our managers are asking us face to face if we've gotten the jab. Is Walmart planning on mandating it? They've already given $75 twice for those who have been stuck.

Biden is about to mandate the jab for companies over 100.
I personally am going to talk to a lawyer I will not be treated like a slave it is my body walmart does not own us.
Who said you will be on a 30 day leave? Not heard anything. When was that?
They are trying to make it mandatory we were told if you have not been vaccinated you will be placed on a 30 day non paid leave then terminated at the end of 30 days if you are not vaccinated.
Do computers lie? If the GM asks you than tell him/her to ask the Pharmacy and they'll bring up EVERYONE on the computer who got it.
It’s none of their business. Just say you don’t want to answer and you’re not interested in the $150. Simple enough. That way you can either be vaccinated or not, they just won’t know.
Make them fire you and collect unemployment. Get Medicaid and take care of all your medical issues for free. Then find another job. Free vacation.
Some stores that had big outbreaks last year are requiring you to get the vaccine, I know of one store for sure that is required the employees have until November 1st or they will be taken off the schedule. I’m sure my store is next but I’m okay with that I’m vaccinated and wish everyone else around me was too
Nothing is being mentioned at my club. No more covid cbl, no more question on the screening kiosk and no one is asking. Our GM even stated in a morning meeting he will not be asking. It's not his business. So I dunno. Could be your managers personal view points driving them. Which is unfortunate and extremely unethical

You can answer yes or no, or decline to answer. End of discussion. The list of people who took the $150 should be enough to know who has or hasn't got the shots. I don't understand why they feel the need to ask face to face at this point. But whatever. The reason to make sure about it is so they know how many people will quit when they make it mandatory. It's coming.

At the Sam's where I work, this question is being asked. I have not personally been asked whether I got the shot. The covid "vaccines" do not meet the normal definition of vaccine, and were developed awfully fast. I have not gotten the shots, and I do not plan to get the shots.
