Backroom Base Pay

I heard that backroom only gets paid 15. I heard this from a new backroom associate. I’m a merch lead for the past 4 years. That’s insane if that’s true

Yes $15 but if you move from a team lead position & go to the backroom you will still get paid more then the backroom associates even if you have worked for the club for only a few years and the backroom associates have been there longer!! Also NO experience in the backroom….? How does that work??

I don't know what the base pay is but if you transfer to the backroom you get about a $2.00 raise. So if $15 dollars is what u start off as a new employee..Thanks crazy!

No one gets paid enough to deal with what they have to deal with. Everyone says.... Ohh we work harder here than you do there. Not true. Other wise everyone would want each other's jobs. Each spot comes with its own he-l.

I’ve been in the backroom for 5+ years and only making 15.60, the other associates that are just starting (18-23 years old) no experience or anything are making 2.00 more than I am. I’ve been there for 11 years.

Yep, they are only getting 15/hour intro. We replaced one of our backroom associates thinking they were making 18/hour and found out it was only a 15/hour position.
