So tired of covid

We had to deal with covid for the last 17 months now we have to deal with this new Variant I'm so tired and now associates get sent home so they can be tested and now the tests are taking 3 to 5 days for the results to come back.

My store offers the rapid test to employees for free we just have to ask for it we get the test results instantly. We have 5 confirmed cases of covid in our store 3 of the employee’s have their vaccine so no one is safe

I believe that is the problem.Covid is real the problem comes in this company just taking peoples word . They do not have to turn anything in saying they have Covid or someone close . No proof just answer yes to a question . They don’t verify their work schedule so the associate gets paid for whatever hrs they “say “ they are scheduled .. just totally unfair to people that do come into work .

the virus is not a joke.... but the extreme panic is... this is just the flu being used by politically motivated players to manipulate us so that when a really big thing happens we will accept it....

It’s not a joke. When you bury a family member due to strictly Covid then you can talk. If anyone is joking just to get a day off really has no respect for this virus. Whatever the case may be we all need to work together and make sure we all do our part within the company.

It’s a game. Employees know claiming they have COVID and need a test buys them time off company paid. Sounds like they just play the system and no one has figured them out yet

Every day we have so many call outs its ridiculous 🙄😒 have of them are waiting on their test results.
