Can it get worse at all?
This company has hit rock bottom and it’s really hard for me to imagine a worse situation here. Although leadership always surprises in that regard.

Good grief! Another whiner. Is there like a whole gaggle of you miserable folks who get together and whine and complain then decide who can post the best whining comment? SMH.
horrible upper mgmt, horrible future, terrible working environment of either no work or re-work, no innovation...you wont get rich but it will be a paycheck with med-low benefits. jobs are usually pretty easy as mgmt doesnt care either. is what it is

Things will continue to decline until the Stink knows he cannot extract any more millions $ for his failed dealings and policies of destruction. He is a mentally ill, megalomaniac. His drooling is a sign he is on some serious mental illness meds. Ratty must have given his blackmail material against the BoD to the Stink and until some successor can pay him for all that he will remain on his reign of te---r as he so enjoys it.
Really? You can’t imagine a worse situation? How about unemployment, no health insurance, car repossessed, eviction, empty refrigerator, hungry children, etc…The list can go on and on. If the worse thing in your life is a having a job run by people you don’t agree with…consider how much better off you have it than so many.
Truly the pity party that so many on this site joyously celebrate daily is very revealing.

Consider this: the man who is responsible for the DTV failure, the DTV Now failure, the decline of Uverse, the ATTTV failure, and the Warner Media failure is still running the company. The man who has decimated benefits, put a cap on raises, and is encouraging people to leave the company is still in charge. The man who honestly believes he knows more about everything than anyone else is still the boss.
So, can it get worse? You bet it can.
Stick around, they’re just getting warmed up.

I just left CTL after 15yrs as a tech. The past 5 years were absolutely pants on head a-s backwards after Lumen took over. Offshore cust serv. No maintenance or budget on OSP and we ran all orders from the CO to the prem and everything rotten in between. But expect unrealistic performance and no repeats when every trouble ticket is a 2hr+ trouble ticket and so are orders before you even start at the prem. The boondoggle dispatch systems where they push customers out 2 weeks and they're all hot as a firecracker when you show up and let you know how bad they were lied to.
There's rumors Lumen is going to sell off CTL to an investment group soon.
The grass is not greener there. I'm hoping I wasn't lied to when I was told wire techs only work at the X-box and the tap to prem and no running trouble in between.
CTL tech is damn stressful.
CS&O is thriving and is the place to be within T. Plenty of work and still hiring!
just when you think it could get worse stank and rand get innovative and come up with something.
centurylink is much better than att although maybe not for union employees. but that isn't necessary a bad thing.
