its unfortunate that lots of higher mgmt personnel likes to use their position in the company to recruit their family members into cvx, regardless they are good or not.

Agree. It has been shared multiple times but Chevron does not care. It must be wonderful at the top where no one can touch your decisions. Oh! wait! didn't a guy named Burney say the same thing.
