he last finance MVO had people off the payroll end of June - there are some who were metered and will stay until as late as Oct. Since so much has been outsourced to Accenture some of the SME's need to be surplused after the transition and MVO gets rid of the high paid, older ones and gives those fed up with T an good option to get up to 6 mos. pay to leave and look elsewhere
Heard Global Marketing had severance packages offered
I don't have any info but just wondering why the Finance org has been the only one (as far as I know) offered MVO over the last 2 years?
