I understand WF doesn't care about employees but could they at least fake it?
I rec'd Meets rating. Will never get more from current gaslighting manager no matter how efficiently and effectively I work.
What I have equal problwm with is that manager "quotes" me in my evaluation, but they are things I've NEVER said. And they are d*mning things! I pointed this out during evaluation and was told "Well, that's what I heard." I restated things I've said, to clarify and correct. Mgr said nothing. This happened last year, too. I clearly see the pattern and intent.
Then, have to acknowledge evaluation in CP&D tool with NO section for employee comments. It's ridiculous. And we can't even print a copy of the eval or email it to ourselves (prohibited to send external emails to ourselves) either, or even take pics (only 2 lines appear at a time). This is ALL done to thwart Legal documentation.
I get that it's just an acknowledgement that the evaluation was given, but what a crock that mgrs can blatantly LIE (surely, trying to build a case and paper out solid employee to avoid paying severance) with no opportunity for written recourse by employee to set the record straight or tell other side of story.
This company is so unethical. I've known it. We all have. But not even allowing for employee comments in evaluation acknowledgment when other companies do is an extra slap in the face.
I know HR would do nothing with them anyway. But it's a documentation for legal ourposes. I know the key is other companies (i.e., RUN to them).
Note: I contacted HR last year when mgr did this, asking to at least add comments to my employee file, and was told I could not. I asked for copy of my employee file and was told that was not possible and WF doesn't do that. Total B.S.
