Being considered one of the worst employers doesn't just happen. It takes work and dedication. Years of fostering a toxic work environment, years of forcing your employees to do morally questionable things to meet their quotas, years of making sure the employees are punished for hard work instead of rewarded, years of promoting people based on nepotism... It's nice to see that while many things change, the ELT's devotion to this goal remains strong.

From all the non-employees I've talked to, WF is failing at doing so.
I'm sure Bei Ling will turn it all around in October. Lol
Who remembers when WF was voted best place to work year after year? Yet none of these so-called leaders stop to ask themselves why they are no longer on that list. Yes, they made a list for D and I. Let's slap each other on the back and decry how great we are for treating some people fairly instead of all people. Yeah, that's the list I want to brag about
