Does anyone know what a Red Coaching is?

It used to be “steps”. 1, 2, 3. Then they realized the managers of the last few years could not count, so they had to go to colors. 😆
Last writeup before termination. All coachings stay on your file for 1 year. So you will be in red status for 1 year, so could lose your job for anything, easily within that year. First coaching (write up) is yellow... Second is orange .. then red. They call them coachings but they are write ups. After 3 strikes for any reason, you're out.
You will find no mention of code reds on the wire, but they do exist.....
Never taught in cbis because we "cant handle the truth"!!
I believe that is the last fake coaching about either trivial or fictitious infractions a market manager performs on one of his or her charges to please her regional before they doom their soul to eternal damnation in the bowels of He-l.
Thanks for the answer Post ID: @vlz+1c6JaYZE ; it is my understanding that an associate who has been coached numerous times was on the last Red Coaching, however was promoted into one of the member specialists spots. Wow is all I can say.
