Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

RTO questionnaire is so weird

That questionnaire is just so weird. It looks more like a layoff questionnaire to me since it asks us to check the address and contact information as well as the number of equipments issued.
So am I going to be laid off???

If yes, I would be super happy and will thank them.

Lucky you. I tried that but the offshore team fielding it wasn’t helpful and my manager even less so.

I was able to request a permanent MAC attached to my home address.

I love how these mo-ons sent this out on a Friday with a basically one day turnaround. Was on PTO and now am “late”. Also agree to a previous poster that was surprised how they did not already know this information! They seem to know this when they lay us off though.

Got exceeds mid year review near a hub. I think its to hub location ready for rto- if i go to office it will be 2x/week and only a few hours then working from home for the rest of those days. Doing for appearances only. They can **** themselves 🤬

They say it's to gather information about your work space, but other than picking up mail I've never worked there. Such a waste of time.

100% WFH in a Tech hub location. Work in ICS. Rcvd Exceeds for mid-year and I got the survey.

My husband is an attorney and his firm provides guidance to companies on navigating pandemic-related activities. The moment FDA approval comes through, most corporations (if not ALL companies) will mandate vaccines as condition of employment.

Today, news release that Delta variant research has found it to be more transmissable than flu and common cold... on par with chicken pox transmissibility (VERY HIGH).

Companies would never allow someone with chicken pox to infect an office AND they do not need to accommodate anti-vaxxers by permitting remote work.

Needle up, anti-vaxxers! (those who aren't independently wealthy and need a job)

The end of the road is almost here.

Didn’t get survey. I’m in tech, but rated Exceeds, so most likely exempt from any RTO discussion.

Have not received the questionnaire, in tech, non-hub location

The form is set up to determine who needs their own desk and who can use hotel style desks.

Not everyone has the same needs to perform their job.

RTO is busted if they need all this info this close to September.

I did not get the survey and I received a meets. I am also located in a hub and am in tech, so we are not scheduled to start going into the office until October.

Layoffs looming. Be prepared. Did the same thing several months back, then the phone call from the manager. All I remember hearing was expenses and then thought, damn! I'm out of a job again.
But, yeah. That survey was first.

Better to get the survey or not get the survey? Thoughts?

Am I the only one that has not received this RTO questionnaire?

I would also see it as if you have a couple of wf monitors and a docking station at home then you will bring that back and they won't supply it for you

I find it awfully convenient that this email goes out along with the timing for reviews to be acknowledged. I believe the email went to a target audience of those with certain overall ratings.

I tried to update my address in Teamworks and it doesn't update. PoS technology we have is so ridiculous! So they tell you to update Teams, you go in to do it, then it doesn't process. Typical WF technology - JUNK!!

FTS.

They should have this info already. Just like that so have a permanent WFH agreement due to disability. Never heard of this CMO guy, whoever he is.

Totally agree with the OP. Take inventory of what I have. Send me a prepaid FedEx box. Lay me off. Duces. It’s been real.

Although.. admittedly, they’re probably taking inventory of what we have at home against what they show we have in their inventory to reconcile it.

  • still hoping for a layoff though.🤦🏻‍♂️
