There will be a lot of positions open if this happens. There are at least 75 to 100 people at the club I am at that won’t get the vaccine.

The supreme court has ruled that businesses can require vaccinations as a condition of employment. Just ask all those nurse's in Texas looking for job.

If you are already fully vaxed and got the $75 you will get an additional $75 on Aug 19th paycheck

They can and have already made vax mandatory for some-
"As we all know, the pandemic is not over, and the Delta variant has led to an increase in infection rates across much of the U.S. Given this, we have made the decision to require all market, regional and divisional associates who work in multiple facilities and all campus office associates to be vaccinated by Oct. 4, unless they have an approved exception. This includes all new hires.

Because some of the vaccines require multiple doses with a period of time in between, and it takes two weeks after the final dose to be considered fully vaccinated, we recommend you begin the process soon."

Not sure why anyone would consider vax mandates by private companies unconstitutional but a group of medical workers in Houston tried to sue and lost

It will be mandated (even being experimental). The date will be coming soon. They will have to fire me.(unless they sign that they are responsible for any medical effects from it). $150 is not enough to be their lab rat.

As these are not FDA approved yet, they can not make it mandatory. Having said that, being that it is a private company, once the vaccines are FDA approved, they actually can make it a stipulation of employment. Just like schools can make vaccines mandatory unless there is documented proof like medical or religious. Which are not an easy process to go through to get. Am I saying this is right?? No, definitely not. Am I saying they CAN do this?? Yes, they can.

This is 100% unconstitutional and will not happen. The vaccines are experimental and don’t even work. If this company even considers such a draconian measure, it will be met with such force that it will bankrupt the company.

Our tire shop has one person that has been vaccinated. Yet none of the tire people where masks. Our gm has been told yet no masks. Club 4846
