Fraud Hotline? Making ‘a mistake’ doesn’t necessarily mean he/she committed fraud. There are so many ways this could be handled other than you attempting to ‘expose’ the individual.
Call the AT&T fraud hotline and report him to security and let proper authorities handle him ......that is what I always do .
Not only is it not smart; it undoubtedly will eventually be career altering. But, those who think this kind of behavior is not only appropriate, but in fact, encourage and applaud it, clearly know nothing about diplomacy or how to work in a team environment. You may not agree or even like your boss, but calling out his/her mistakes is the wrong approach. Always….
Definitely call him out. Do not let him off the hook.

As the others said, if you are retiring or got another job lined up to escape the T Toxic environment and the reign of t3rror of the Stink, have at it.
If you are not already looking for another position, start now.
If your boss is going to blame you for his bad decision, you need to gather emails and any other written documentation you can extract and save. It won't stop him from blasting you on your next appraisal but you can at least enter your comments on his review and have documentation to back up your comments.
And start looking for another job immediately, preferably external.
If it’s a code of conduct violation, call the hotline. Otherwise, keep it to yourself.
I warned people about Tmobile, Direc TV, and Time Warner to try and save the company and shareholders over $100B but I was told to keep quiet and that Stepehsnon and Stankey are paud the big bucks to make those decisions.
It should be, because that's how incompetents are "promoted up".
But if you're already on the way out the door into retirement, fire away.
It's a rather pricey mistake that could come back to bite me in the a-s, otherwise I wouldn't care.
