I am taking over the msl position it pays more anyway . I didn’t want to do the new membership role . It will probably be too much pressure on you to get numbers
True! They tried to put me outside as door greeter. I felt disrespected after all the memberships I sold.

Yes I’d like to know what if your club still has both the Team Lead and coordinator? When is all supposed to go down?
So what’s going to happen to our Membership Lead? Will he or she receive a severance package or transition to a Membership Representative?

The company stopped caring about their image at least 10 years ago! They chased off as many membership leads and coordinators as they could and some that saw this coming, left on their own. They simply don't need that department any longer. Those that stil exist are being made to sell credit, plus, door greet, clean...whatever the crazy a** team leads tell them to do. Which also shows they do not care about the members any longer.
How do you know this isn’t just fake news?
