Tom and Glenn need more millions. It’s cool watching them make lots of money. Don’t give it to groups like unions who say they want to help the workers. There’s nothing you can do but take it with no Vaseline.

If you’re thinking that you’re going to get screwed either way at least with a union you have a voice. Allstate employees are afraid to speak their voice. How much offshoring and work piling until the end can you take ?
I will guarantee a union would be voted down by the employees. We got enough nonsense to deal with in the company and the nonsense and chaos of a union to go along with it is not what the employees of this company want. A union at Allstate would not stop 90% of the issues and definitely would not stop layoffs and outsourcing to India.
