Am I getting the best deal on wireless ?

I recently called into the concessions group- evidently its our special employee discount group - now run by foreigners too - I said I dont think I am getting the best deal anymore - after the only value she could convey that we evidently have premium towers she handed me over to another "loyalty" guy - equally great english

I said I dont think I am getting the best deal anymore cause our top program is 50 bucks a month X 3 = 150 / 50 percent should be 75 bucks a month?

After a bunch of psychobabble I decided to end the call and go check out verizon and tmo

Another employee not convinced of our "Premium" service!!!

I switched to Verizon Unlimited (4 lines) and received $650 per line on a Verizon gift card that can be used towards my monthly bill or new phones. My old AT&T plan was not an Unlimited plan but $2,600 will cover the difference for several years. I ported my numbers over with Verizon’s Bring Your Own Device (BTOD) process. The online process was easy and Verizon shipped new SIM cards to my home in a few days.

you can get better deals and better service than what att offers it employees sad but true.

Much better deals elsewhere even with our discount. If you're a Comcast/ Xfinity customer, get into a bundle with Xfinity Mobile (uses Verizon network). Much cheaper. Same thing goes for Spectrum (also use Verizon towers). You can also do better with TMO.

T prices tend to be high because they bundle a bunch of junk nobody wants, like HBO max. Much better pricing available from TMO or various MVNOs.

The pricing is much better than the employee discount.

You did the right thing. When the employees of T are using TMOB and VZ, that says alot!
