T is paying $5.00 an hour in Asia versus $25.00+ benefits in the USA. Do the math.
That is one of the reasons we lose customers. By time you get off the phone with these guys you want to start shopping around.
And they can't help you and they can't transfer you.
Better to replace the lazy US workers with virtual assistant.
