Sad to say this, but like most Americans now,, you signed away all your rights the day you started work. Just to get hired, you agreed to Arbitration that affectively forbids class action law suits against AT$T. Obama tried to outlaw this anti-American forced arbitration clause, but the Republicans and Trump made sure it died. Few if any employees have ever won a case that has gone to arbitration up against AT$T. In fact, I am not aware of one. And most American companies have implemented this shady practice. But I heard
that Google and other Silicon Valley companies are turning the tide and dumping this shameful practice.
