can employers be sued for making bad business decisions they know are bad?

Can’t fix stupid. No law violated by just making bad business decisions.
My concern is that you would think something would go off in someones head telling them not to do it forrest .
Ask yourself this question: if someone was deliberately trying to destroy att and its employees would things be much different from what they are?
seemed like they should be since all is fair in love and war. but they have too much government protection because their lobbyists help write the rules.
Sad to say this, but like most Americans now,, you signed away all your rights the day you started work. Just to get hired, you agreed to Arbitration that affectively forbids class action law suits against AT$T. Obama tried to outlaw this anti-American forced arbitration clause, but the Republicans and Trump made sure it died. Few if any employees have ever won a case that has gone to arbitration up against AT$T. In fact, I am not aware of one. And most American companies have implemented this shady practice. But I heard
that Google and other Silicon Valley companies are turning the tide and dumping this shameful practice.
What happens at T is the person responsible retires . .......and then hired back as a consultant

Generally, suits alleging a "lack of business acumen" by management will not lead to any recovery.
