Ok so is anyone completed their learning lab for team leaders? Our club has to have ours completed by June 30th. Are they going to get rid of managers? Are we going to get raises for basically being a manager at a hourly rate?

Team leads will be salaried soon. More work. You didn't think all these raises wouldn't come without a catch now did you? In the end your average per hour will actually drop. That 60 hour work week is looking pretty strong.

Merch TL and completed the Learning Lab back in April.
This learning lab thing rolled out ages ago. At least 6 months or so ago. At our club it was only a handful of TL who did it then. Like 1 from each dept as it was a test run. But yes, it is being rolled out for all Team Leads now. I don't know about a deadline for sure.
I'm willing to go through it. See what it's about.
Team Lead Learning Lab is a real thing. You should have one manager in your Club pushing this out to Leads. Accountability for late CBl's start July 7th.
haven't heard of this. fpr all of you that say managers don't do anything. you're club probably looks like p-o. our managers work hard. right next to the floor associates. our club & managers are really good.
Managers at my club are a complete waste of payroll. They have all worked for the company for over 15 years and with every year only gotten lazier.
We would welcome in change at this point.
