Last year I was caught up in the Aero layoffs and it was very emotionally draining. Honeywell was the only company I had worked for but I was naive to think there would be a loyalty from Honeywell to it employees. Ironically at Honeywell getting promoted can ki-l your career because it was a couple of months before the layoffs I had gotten promoted then suddenly I was laid off. But thankfully like many people that have posted here I landed at a place with better culture benefits and pay. What I wanted to understand is that is Honeywell posting positions that were laid off about a year ago? I think they there are so many positions posted for Aero that there is no way these are all different positions.
All the internal people applying for these positions, don’t do it! Just jump ship, there is no reason to risk your career at this company if you can get better pay benefits and culture outside.
