All these VP's and Directors who think there is no way this would never happen to me... I'm in the know. One of my friends will tell me. Well, up pops a meeting with your boss and HR. Guess what? BAM! You have been Honeywell'd!

I can't wait for my RIF + severance! No matter how hard mad dog tries to get me to quit, I won't do it. You're going to have to RIF me, tough guy. Till then I'm just doing what most leaders are doing in HON; going through the motions everyday while not caring about the business at all. Life is pretty good.
op is a bit delusional if he thinks directors don't know they are just as expendable as anyone else.
In fact anyone thinking they couldn't just be binned anytime is fooling themselves.
that's how it is, the rest is all just bs.
Too many directors and VP that I am so confused who over who and who does what. More worker bees and better pay would be nice
I got canned last year. It was a horrible place to work. Leaders managed by fear. Toxic workplace is sugar coating it.
New employer pays better, better benefits and a retirement plan.
Glad I’m gone
The best part of working at Honeywell was receiving a severance package.
hb1 visa people here they come to take over
That appears as to what happened to the PMT-FP — VP General Manager a few months ago. What goes around comes around. BAM gone!
Don't know about OP, but my Director was let go and never saw it coming. The irony is that he had been dutifully following orders and setting up some of his reports so that they could be let go -- that honor went to his successor :).
Elaborate, please. Are you saying that you've been let go even when you're part of the VP or Director level?
