We are terribly understaffed. If another colleague leaves, I will certainly give notice as well because I no longer want to do work for several people. I don’t know how this company intends to fulfill its business goals with fewer and fewer people. I wonder how many people are missing here? I would say too many of them.

No, its not that bad. Some people are just so coddled that the idea they actually have to be productive and contribute to the business sends them into full blown panic attacks and they lash out.
I'm not from Cenovus, but really wonder: if you get paid well why you all want to leave? Is it really that bad out there?
If you get one of those jobs from that interview take it and don't look back
I have 2 job interviews coming as well. I’m not waiting to be last, as this place is no longer a good place to work.
