AT&T is a cr---y place to work.
I short the stuff out of their stock for fun and profit. Do it daily a few times when I can.

I wish that they would terminate 50% of the employees and cut the pay for all to $15.00 an hour.
That's about all Management & Occupational are worth
This place has gone downhill since being spun off in 1984. No leadership, bad decisions, poor
service, overpriced products, no english speaking support. There is absolutely nothing to like
here. But thanks for reading!

Um, short the stuff means that he sells At&T common stock and then buy back to cover at a lower price.
It does not mean stealing paperclips, pencils, blue line or tools or anything else.
Might want to re-think the stealing stuff post. And by stuff I believe he is referring to ex------t.

And yet so many people stay and work at AT&T. There are a few malcontents and they try to spew as much negativity as they can, but workers are happy.
I don't believe in, or sanction theft of company property. Please don't encourage Stankey to cut the employee base, most are good workers that deserve to make a decent living and keep food on that there table. Agree that things changed in 1984 at divestiture, but baby bells made good cash during those years. In fact it wasn't until Stephenson and Stankey flushed away 85B that desperation set in. They are both the laughing stock of the telecom universe.
