At least someone out there on Wall Street gets it.
They were commenting about a proposed merger Comcast is looking at. Question was why would a merger work for Comcast, but it did not work for ATT?
Answer: Because Brian Roberts knows what he is doing and ATT management sucks.
Too bad he did not name Ratty and Stinky to rub it in even better.
Agree Allen was a creepy crook, however, Stephenson and Stankey top all prior CEO's when it comes to incompetence. Allen gets a close second on the T wall of shame.
It is obvious many do not know the history of ATT’a deplorable previous leadership pre and post-devistiture. Robert Allen was nothing short of a crook leaving in his wake billions in loses on failed ‘projects’. And what a lucrative exit package he cooked up…..
So this is not T’s first foray with poor leadership, but don’t think this is uncharted territory. It’s not.

The thing is with people like him money, power, etc are all something they think they deserve because they have such a grotesquely oversized ego. And whenever anyone dares point out that they are frauds, incompetent, or anything other than some sort of ubermensch living among sub-human troglodytes, it bugs them a lot.
If you need examples, just look to the former president. He was the most powerful man on earth for four years, but he would fume for weeks because some silly TV show would make fun of him.

But, everyone know that Stankey said he knows more about TV than anyone. The result, he is the industry laughing stock.
