I’m just a tad nervous because VZW is on some sort of team commission plan where actual sales performance has little to do with the check. Apparently the monthly team check is mostly based on customer survey results and varies between 500-1300 monthly. I average about 3k here so yeah that would be a huge loss.

The union is useless …….they will do what they want and the union will say ok but we may call a 3 day strike lol jokes
If it is true, another genius move by Stankey and company in driving people away, the same people who brings in revenue no less. I'd love see having Stankey in a store, using his nonexistent charm and convince a customer to buy insurance for his/her phone.
Eliminating or drastically changing the commission pay structure would require a new union contract. Don’t see it happening.
