The moment I left this place I felt happier. A huge weight was lifted off my chest, but there was still some anxiety since I was starting a new job and I wasn't sure if it would pan out the way I had hoped. A year later, I'm a new woman. You don't realize how much the toxic work environment, incompetent managers, and overall stress of having no job security weigh on you until you are gone and you are at a place that provides normal working conditions and environment. I won't lie, I had good years at HON when I started and I am grateful for them. But leaving after things changed so drastically gave me new life.

9 months later, and zero regrets! Best decision I ever made! I had been at Honeywell for 18 years. I now have work -life balance, get told everyone day how much I’m appreciated, there’s no competition between peers, and we are encouraged to take vacations and work remotely whenever we want. So unbelievably happy!
They rank amongst the worst in the sector, and few normal people feel much attachment to the dump.
Working at Honeywell was the biggest mistake I ever made.
6 months later and happier. Looks like a good chunk of us left after 2020.
6 months later, no regrets! 1000% happier.
6 months later, no regrets. Dream job, better pay, less toxic with a supportive, humane leadership. It was good for awhile at Honeywell then it deteriorated so fast.
9 years later and no regrets. I laid myself off and called it a retirement. This shjt has been going on for a long time and still management is clueless.
6-months later, no regrets!
The lack of trust and security will ki-l you.
Congratulations, Godspeed!
