Working here means having to deal with the constant stress of being overworked while not paid enough, petty politics and useless managers, members who take their daily frustrations on you, not knowing if your position is the next one to be eliminated (despite you doing five jobs at once,) and much, much more. No wonder new people are quick to leave.

I will never understand why people worry so much about a certain position being eliminated when there are so many job openings in the club. You won’t be unemployed if you take a different position, even if it’s one you don’t like. This gives you time to find another place to work and a job you enjoy.
