CPU $16 an hour?? (TL raise??)

Was informed that club pickup is starting out at $16 an hour. Seems like the team leads at $18 may need a raise to compete.
If someone can go down a level and still make close to the same amount of money then why not especially if it helps tone down the stress.

Team leads outside of fresh are severely underpaid.

Our club pick up doesn't make 16 hour but our member specialist do and we work way harder than they do. Unless ur saying we are going up to 16 hour.

Instead of giving team lead raises, it's cheaper to hire new, fresh faces, who aren't burnt out and feeling entitled.

$2 an hour is pretty close to $4,000 a year. That is a good size wage increase. However if you don't think it's worth it step down I'm sure someone else could use the $4,0000.
