Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Advice is needed!

I’m a Marketing Lead. I help out everyday in my club getting upgrades/ credits an closing for MSL among other things. I’m not happy where I’m at because there is no pay raise. I’m working my a-s off for our team everyday we 20 upgrades 20 credits a day. Still I’m not appreciated ,still no raise an I love what I do. Costco wanted me in that same role. What should I do? I’m tired of being used.

Do NOT go in the MIT program. You will then be forced to treat others the way you don't like being treated.

Pay rates are not based on performance anymore, everyone gets 2% unless there is a pay restructure for different positions. So you can bust it out all you want but you’ll get 2% in February like everyone else. Move up and go into M.I.T program then management. Or go to Costco.

Either seek opportunities elsewhere or transfer to a position that has an increased pay i.e. a Fresh Lead. Or go for MIT.
