How are people still able to take these once a month or once every 3 months cuz they cannot call off because then they'd get points and lose their jobs that's how. Hospitals don't even pay their associates covid leave. But we do without any proof of even having it. It's been over a year get it together Sam's club. We need people to stop getting paid unless they can prove they have it. It's getting too hard to come in everyday and do the jobs of 3 different people

The point system is a huge joke in our club. We have several people with 10+ points and nothing is ever said to them.

4 points can't call off better take covid leave always the same ones taking advantage of the system. Grow up and act like an adult with an adult job
Give it some time the old way of bringing in a note from a doctor will eventually be allowed again.
Finally!!! I have been saying this for months in our club. We have people who are using this excuse over and over again. You hit the nail on the head. They know they have five points or more so they use COVID as an excuse. Some people know how to work the system.
